How soon is my order shipped?

Every order is prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. You're notified by email as soon as it ships, with a tracking link.

Where do you ship and how long does it take?

We ship across the United States, including all 48 contiguous states. Please allow 3 to 7 business days to receive your package, depending on the destination.

Who delivers my order?

We work mainly with USPS, UPS, and FedEx, chosen for the reliability of their nationwide network.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free across the U.S., whatever your cart total. Expedited shipping is available as an option for $4.90.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to return any item that isn't right for you, unused and in its original packaging. Just email contact@apex-performance-usa.com to start the process. Your refund is issued within a few business days after we check the product.

What if my product is damaged or defective?

Let us know quickly at contact@apex-performance-usa.com or (209) 223-4141, with photos attached. Ernoldio LLC will offer an exchange or a full refund right away, with return shipping on us.
